Experiment with the foliage visibility range adjustment. It's the only one that significantly affects FPS. However, avoid the low setting—it appears poor quality.

I'm not sure you'll surpass 60fps at 1440p, but the game should function adequately.

I won’t be using 1440p either since it’s a 17-inch display, so I’m not sure I’d point out the difference.

Witcher 3 appears to be a slower-paced title, and many wonder if using v sync instead of fast sync at 60fps would change the experience. Input lag remains noticeable in this setup.
