No background knowledge. Because of the constantly changing framework, I haven’t even considered interacting with it.
its garbage. Its why they are releasing a TON of things to the game... thing is that they honestly dont know whats wrong with it... There is literally nothing to do in the game beyond repetitive stuff after you reach cap.
Spent hundreds of hours enjoying the game with friends, but eventually lost interest. Still considered a good experience overall. Not playing every day doesn’t make it bad; it just means it stops motivating me once I feel like I’ve reached my limits. (I rarely do PvP or raids because my free time isn’t consistent.)
It's a decent title, but it falls short compared to Destiny 1's quality. After Destiny 2 launched, many core elements were lost. Now they're trying to catch up by adding missing features. The eververse is having an impact, as they're heavily investing in it and pushing players toward loot boxes for content. This undermines the game's core looter shooter experience. For instance, half of the new expansion items appear in the eververse loot boxes. Overall, it's not terrible—just not the same as before. I enjoy playing a few times a week with friends when I can.
The DLC felt extremely uninspired with almost no new material. The gameplay was repetitive and quickly dulled my enthusiasm because of the straightforward gunplay—better than the usual excuses like "gunplay pubg." Customization options were minimal, offering only a few pre-set looks and maybe some simple accessories. Once you chose your style, there was no flexibility to tweak it later. If you wanted to change your hair, you'd have to start over. Overall, it earned a solid 4 out of 10 from BungiesX and reflects a company that delivers mediocre experiences. The initial expansion was disappointing, and the story missions were rushed through in under five hours.
Some players found the solo experience disappointing compared to Destiny 1.
