There's no real reason why not, some do it as a kind of "pre-release" or such of things to come, such as Kill 10 Zombies when there's no zombie feature yet. Some do it just to catch hackers and will dev-ban anyone who gets it (Payday 2 has a few like this, minus the dev ban because no one cares it's Payday 2)
I don’t seek victories, yet there are milestones out there that feel impossible. But if you’ve invested a lot of time, those who truly enjoy the game will push themselves to reach them.
The conversation about accomplishments has always been a side note since the xb360 launched. It didn’t change much then, and it still doesn’t. Unless there’s real value linked to these achievements, it doesn’t really add up.
It's frustrating when games offer achievements for hitting 100% of them, but you can't truly finish the game with a perfect score. You can't reach every single achievement in the list because some are only unlocked under specific conditions. If you found this point confusing, it shows you understand what makes certain goals impossible in games. Those unachievable tasks are illogical and shouldn't exist.
