Operators shutting down and restarting on a PC – it's really confusing
You're facing some tricky controller problems with your Windows 11 setup. It sounds like the Bluetooth connection is unstable, especially when using a PS5 DualSense. After trying multiple devices and switching to wired controllers, you noticed some unusual behavior—random shutdowns followed by recovery, and the analog sticks still respond even when the controller isn't fully connected. The fact that the controller keeps tracking inputs like holding a stick suggests it's saving state data. Make sure your USB settings are optimized and consider checking for any power management issues in Device Manager. If you're using Ryzen 7800X3D, ensure it's properly seated and not overheating. Let me know if you need help with troubleshooting steps!
I don't have access to your device's current settings. Please check your USB port configuration in your operating system or device settings.
It seems unusual. Could devmanview assist? Install it and execute as administrator. Organize by disconnect time. Check for any components other than your controller, like "usb hub" or "libusb"—these might cause problems. If Windows appears faulty, a clean deletion could be ideal. Ensure your controllers function on another machine? Have you tried a different USB version, such as 2.0 instead of 3.0/3.1? Look for anything strange in Device Manager. Run Windows updates and check the chipset driver for your motherboard.
The devmanview should display disconnect times, but they might not appear when sorting by that field.
Some progress, if i shut off my wireless mouse I don't have the issue. When my mouse is on, sometimes when I bump it the problem happens.
