Looking at the item description on eBay, it describes an 8GB to 16GB DDR4 memory RAM for a desktop PC model 21300. The RAM is non-ECC, unbuffered, and in lot format.

It's time to move on now. That price point doesn't seem to offer a full system without being very basic. You might want to consider one of the newer AMD Athlon models or an A320 board, but that's about it. Check for a used 4th generation i7 laptop that can handle a standard power supply upgrade.
