In short, temperatures in your Ryzen 5 3600 are usually fine even when idle, especially with a good cooler like the box cooler you're using. Temperatures don’t harm the CPU much unless they stay consistently high over time. If you're concerned about long-term health, consider upgrading to a better air cooler for better airflow and stability. Popular options include Noctua NH-D15 or Arctic Silver 5.

Download hwinfo64 for better accuracy. A 3600Hz sampling rate likely won't reach 95°C, possibly indicating a software problem. I'd start by installing HWInfo64 and reviewing the CPU temperatures in the package. Free download available for Windows, DOS.

That seems to refer to a specific program, possibly related to hardware information. You might want to verify it by downloading HWinfo or Ryzen Master and comparing the results.

This indicates that the system remains largely inactive according to HWinfo.

Update your CPU cooler installation and verify proper tightening. Check that the thermal paste was applied correctly.
