I upgraded my Ryzen 7 3700X to 4.4GHz at 1.37V, but it’s running hot—about 50°C. The 360mm AIO cooler seems adequate, but I want to make sure the temperatures stay within safe limits.

When temperatures remain moderate, everything should work smoothly

Yes, it's operating within a safe temperature range of 90 degrees Celsius under full load.

It's warm, but seems manageable. Run a stress test and keep Task Manager active to check for performance limits.

Consider reducing the voltage or swapping out the thermal paste for better results. Also, check that the fans are clean and rotating properly.

Under maximum capacity it operates at 90 degrees, though I seldom engage in full-load tasks.

However, I don’t reach maximum capacity often; I mostly avoid heavy tasks on the CPU.
