2133 is the standard setting for DDR4 memory. It seems your device isn't set up correctly and is operating with the default configuration.

You need to adjust the settings manually. Your board indicates two XMP ports, but one uses a JEDEC stick. You’ll have to rearrange them until both report the correct speed. Changing DOCP in the BIOS leads to a system failure afterward.

Earlier conversations addressed this topic. I see the CPU model wasn't included. This board supports Ryzen 1, Ryzen+, Ryzen 2 and Ryzen 3 processors. If your chip isn't compatible with high-speed RAM, performance might drop.

They need to shift into the second and fourth positions. Each item moves one slot to the right. For slot 2, having a stick there might help DOCP function. Use x|xx as your reference. Test each stick individually.
