Consider options such as Nextcloud or OwnCloud. For Telenet users, you can set up port forwarding via MyTelenet.

Even Nextcloud needs port forwarding when accessed from outside your local network. remote.it advertises this feature, but I have no idea how reliable it is regarding security or speed.

Consider using TeamViewer. It's available without cost for non-commercial purposes and supports file transfers. Set it to launch automatically when the system starts on any device, and create a fixed password for security.

It would definitely function, though I wouldn’t wish to move big volumes of data through it often. From what I recall, the file transfer via it was quite slow.

I mentioned I don’t have access to my nonprofit, and I’m not even sure of my customer ID, so I can’t reset the router password.

No, Hamachi isn't a solution. It's a type of fish often used in sushi, not a remedy or answer to any problem.

Not sure about that. I haven't come across anything like it before.

With upload speeds that are already quite slow, it won't be fast no matter what you do. Unless they offer a big corporate plan (which I question since it's a non-profit), their top speed will likely stay around 20-30mbps.
