I'm experiencing frequent unexpected openings on my desktop that aren't reflected in Task Manager. After a recent PC reset, this issue persisted and now occurs when launching programs or shortly after closing them. The windows appear empty, and hovering the mouse reveals a vague indication. It seems unrelated to any specific application, and the behavior changes depending on the program being used.
