I need to simplify the process for your client. Creating a quick shortcut or script to open printer settings in Win10 would make it easier for them to remember and use. Let me know if you'd like guidance on how to set this up!

Open Control Panel, choose "Hardware and Sound," click on "Devices and Printers," then right-click and pick "Create Shortcut." Alternatively, you can access the Start Menu or search for "printers" in the settings to view available options.

The option you're referring to is the one in Settings. It's the simplest method—navigate to Settings, then Devices, Printers & Scanners, and right-click the icon to pin it for quick access. You can also achieve this via the Control Panel window by right-clicking the desired items and selecting Start as the quick launch option.

Navigate to the hidden "Devices and Printers" section within Windows 10. Locate it by searching for "bluetooth devices" and clicking the provided link. Scroll through to the printer area and set up a desktop shortcut. This should launch the control panel for the printer, though the exact steps may differ based on your driver or device.
