Hi, your 4690K runs at 4.7Ghz and sometimes hits only around 4.5Ghz even under heavy loads like YouTube 4K at 60fps. Task Manager rarely shows more than 4.5Ghz unless you run a benchmark such as Cinebench. Switching to high performance mode in Windows can push clocks higher, but I’d rather avoid that if possible. Temperatures stay well below 65°C. Is there anything specific causing this behavior?
