That's a Navi card, what version of ubuntu? What are you ram timings? Ryzen hates odd timings. Also 3600 may not be stable, anything above 3200 starts to become hit or miss. I have one that can it 3600 and one that can't. Even if it seems stable under Windows, Linux tends to quickly point out instabilities. Set your ram to stock without xmp, can you get through the installer then? If that fails set your flck to 1600 with XMP enabled and see if it works. If that fails, a google search tells me you ram might run at CL16-19-19-39, try running it at CL16-18-18-28 or CL16-20-20-30. With XMP enabled. If that fails try those timings with the flck set to 1600.
