Thanks for the update, Syn. I’ve been using their suggested cables—specifically an Anker model with an active extender. I’ve tested several other cables that are known to be fast on my laptop, but performance remains consistent. It seems there might be an issue with my motherboard. I’m planning to switch to a PCI-E card to check if that resolves the problem, or I could consider returning it for repair.
