When assembling my PC, it comes pre-installed with fresh Windows 10. I transfer the OS from my laptop to a USB flash drive using the MS Tool and then start it on my desktop.

Use a pencil eraser and move it up and down the gold contacts on the RAM stick. Check if this helps. I've been doing this for years when my RAM doesn't show properly. Recently, only 2GB of 8GB appeared on my girlfriend's XTX PC. Make sure no rubber stains are blocking connectors.

I'm facing the same problem too—same motherboard, latest BIOS, 32GB installed from Corsair RAM, but only 16GB appears in BIOS. Anyone have a solution? Thanks!
