Hey there, my brand new PC is completely unresponsive. Everything seems fresh and original. When the power supply is activated, the RGB indicators on the motherboard light up briefly, but pressing the power button yields no response—no fans spin and nothing else activates (the screen remains dark). We've tried several approaches without a specific sequence:

- Shorting the power connectors (after confirming the front panel connectors were correctly wired)
- Reconnecting the 24-pin and 8-pin motherboard cables, and the same with the GPU cables
- Testing one RAM stick at a time
- Adding extra standoffs to the case and securing them properly (the mounting holes matched, so it wouldn't have caused a short)
- Inserting the PSU into the wall outlet and the UPS unit
- Removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes
- Reinstalling the CPU (no bent pins were found)
- Checking that the firmware matches the CPU model from the motherboard barcode
- Noticing the GPU is in the second PCIe slot—maybe it's related to the setup

I suspect the issue isn't with the PSU since the RGB lights wouldn’t activate without power. The motherboard doesn’t seem damaged, and I didn’t expose it to static or feel any shocks during assembly. The GPU specs look fine too. Could be something else is interfering? Thanks for your help!
