Only the letter D appeared on screen

I used Rufus to make a bootable disk with Win 11. When I started up the PC, it asked me to pick a drive for the OS. After that, when I looked at my hard drive, only one letter was showing up on screen: C.

give me a picture of your computer's storage settings then show it here so I can tell if that space is empty, if there are no letters assigned, or if a drive letter was missing.

Four separate partitions? Yeah, that makes sense. Plus seeing the parts list and Disk Management screen—that's super helpful because it gives you a full picture of everything happening.
