The microphone in your headset is only emitting static sounds. All other parts function normally. The device connects to your PC using the UGreen 20899 3.5mm Female to Audio+Mic Male Audio Splitter. It ceased working when you removed it to install a new mouse, despite being fully operational beforehand. It has now been taken out and installed with updated drivers. I've used another splitter, tested the headset on different PCs, and it performed well. All audio jacks were checked, including rear and front, but static remained. My PC specs include an Asus TUF B550-Plus (BIOS 3002), Ryzen 7 5700X, 16 GB RAM, Mushkin Redline SSD, Cooling FrostFlow 240 AIO, and a MSI RTX 3060 Ti with 1000GB SSD. I've also used a Logitech G502 Hero mouse and other peripherals without issues.
