I have an issue with my RAM setup. When I use one stick, it works, but adding the second stick doesn't. The RAM is in A2 and the other one should be in B2. I've tested it already.

Verify if both sticks match. Test each slot separately to identify any issues. Consider using them in A1 and B1. Also, provide the complete specifications of the PC.

It's the same RAM, and I've checked what they're referring to. But it didn't work, and the motherboard seems okay. Specs: CPU - Ryzen 5 5600X, GPU - RX 3060 Ti, RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4-3600MHz 2x16GB, Motherboard - GIGABYTE B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2 PSU: NZXT C750 Gold.
