Yesterday I increased my RAM speed to 3333 MT/s, with specific settings like C16-16-16-32, tRC 48, RAM voltage 1.375V, and SOC voltage 1.1V. I moved from a previous configuration (DOCP with different RAM and voltage specs) to these new ones. Now I’m stuck, receiving aggressive beeps and entering Safe Mode. I’ve noticed some strange behavior: restarting from Windows causes the RAM light to stay on, but shutting down via Power Button and rebooting through the power button works fine. I also completed a full memtest86 run last night—no errors detected. My system runs a Ryzen 5 3600 with stock CPU clocks, SOC voltage 1.1V, and has been tuned to those RAM settings. The specs include a ROG Strix B350-F Gaming 2x8GB PRO Dark, GTX 650 Ti, and a few other components. There are some odd details about performance differences between Windows and Linux environments, but I’m not sure what’s causing this issue.
