Hello, PC: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Chip ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS BLACK 70 CFM CPU Cooler Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC Micro ATX AM4 Board (version 1.5/1.6) Kingston HyperX Fury 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 RAM Kingston NV2 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVMe SSD Gigabyte GAMING OC GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB Graphics Card Montech AIR 100 LITE MicroATX Mid Tower Case Corsair CX650 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply Windows 11 After turning on the PC it won't start, fans spin RGB on GPU everywhere seems normal but the screen stays black and the PC won't power off via the power button. After disconnecting power it starts without problems, sleep mode restarts easily. Turning off the PC through the Start menu turns it off, but it still won't boot until power is cut. What we've tried: latest BIOS (F3d), all cables connected, ports working, same problem with XMP on/off, no overclocking, after second boot temps are fine and no crashes during stress tests. This hasn't happened before. Any suggestions?
Sorry for the delayed response; the PC owner wasn't available to assist. The problem was with the RAM—it was compatible with the motherboard and functioned properly in another system, but this one didn’t work at all. It was strange that XMP settings worked well elsewhere, yet caused issues here. We were hoping for your help now.
