I bought a pre-assembled PC from Cyberpower PC right away. From the start, I faced several problems: the monitor would lose signal, it would freeze unexpectedly, and both the keyboard and mouse would stop working without warning, eventually causing a reboot. After checking and looking up solutions, I removed one of the RAM sticks, assuming the other might be faulty. It functioned perfectly for three days. Then I swapped the RAM slots, thinking one was damaged, but it also worked fine. Finally, I tried changing the RAM slots again, believing one was bad, but it performed just as well. This machine is an Asus Tuf Gaming motherboard (X570-Plus Wi-Fi) with the SPECTRIX D60G RAM, which isn’t listed as approved on the board’s website. Could this be why only one stick works, while using two resolves all issues? It isn’t the CPU or GPU—my benchmarks show they run perfectly with no overheating. The CPU is a Ryzen 9 5900X and the GPU is the TUF Gaming RTX 3090.
Rarely can a clear response be given. Usually memory outside the level helps. The best approach is testing with another memory to see how the system reacts.

Windows installation failed repeatedly, causing the game to crash constantly and display frequent BSODs. After replacing one of the RAM sticks, everything functioned properly. Could this be related to these specific components? It seems we're encountering similar issues with various RAM options.
