System Specifications Motherboard - ASUS B550-F Gaming WI-FI II CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Memory - 2 x 16GB Corsair RGB Vengeance PRO (CMW32GX4M2Z3600C18) After assembling my new PC everything seemed fine except for the RAM not booting as expected with both sticks in dual channel. Removing one stick resolved the issue. I researched online suggestions like adjusting the cooler or enabling XMP/DOCP settings, but nothing changed. All slots on the board function properly and testing each RAM individually confirmed everything is correct. I tried running both RAMs in single channel mode, but they still didn’t boot. No problems detected with CPU performance. Anyone have any advice? I’d rather not return anything and have already verified the QVL for the RAM and motherboard compatibility. Looking for solutions now.
Insert a RAM stick with a single stick of RAM. Adjust your XMP speed to the maximum supported by the motherboard and DDR. Configure all RAM timings to AUTO, then save and shut down. Disconnect power, insert the second RAM stick into its matching slot, and restore power.
