The benchmarks I reviewed showed you could likely maintain 60 frames per second, but your processor is the main factor limiting performance.

I’m comfortable with 45-60 fps and can adjust to a medium-high mix if needed. Thanks for the details!

I own the 280 with a 5280k and can only manage 30 at ultra. It doesn't happen often, so I might add less. I have many drops available. At lower settings I'm around 60 (with vsync)

IIRC all the benchmarks I saw were using the 6300 at stock clocks so hopefully you should be getting closer to 60FPS since you have your 6350 clocked at 3.9Ghz. Once you get the game you might want to have a look at Nvidia's JC3 performance guide to see which options might effect you the most, obviously it won't be the most accurate since they did all their tests on their own cards but it should give you an idea on what settings you may need to tweak. Edit - Here is Nvidia's JC3 guide

I tend to aim for high performance to maintain 60fps, but shadows can be minimized completely if needed because I don’t focus much on them. Ambient occlusion can still be used even with low settings. Depth of field isn’t necessary here. If I can’t hit 50-60 fps with these adjustments, it’ll likely be a crash or my processor will fail.
