Hi, I'm dealing with an issue on my GPU RX 580 (2048 SP, 8GB RAM). I've tested various motherboards but haven't succeeded. After using a riser, it finally works. Then I swapped to direct installation in the motherboard and it didn't help. Only the riser seems to fix the problem, no matter which board I use. Could you clarify why this is happening? Also, these boards are: Huanan Zhi X79, Asrock B250 Fatal1ty Gaming, MSI Z390 Gaming.
