Hey everyone! Generally, both the host and client need matching distributions or similar architectures for optimal performance. Running OpenMPI effectively often requires alignment in system settings and hardware. It’s not always feasible to connect devices with very different setups like an ARM device, a Debian-based cluster, or an x86 PC running Arch or Fedora.
