I just transferred to college and when I powered on my PC, the Wi-Fi didn’t appear at all—only “Hidden Network” showed up or nothing. Everything was fine before. I own a prebuilt computer with an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 chipset. The Wi-Fi card is working, but when I connect to a hotspot it shows and functions properly.

Does the Wi-Fi antenna appear to be connected? It appears to struggle with receiving a strong signal.
