I just realized my memory performance wasn't as expected, so I checked online and tried enabling XMP again. It didn’t help much. After updating my BIOS, XMP still wasn’t working. I discovered that half of my 16GB was reserved for hardware, which led me to a solution in a video—moving the fourth slot’s data to the first one fixed the problem. I’m unsure if this is safe. Check if the motherboard supports various XMP profiles. Early Ryzen systems with a B350 platform aren’t optimized for fast RAM, so you may need to adjust settings yourself.
Install RAM in slots 2 and 4 with XMP support, DRAM voltage at 1.35 and SOC voltage at 1.05. If this doesn't resolve the issue, proceed with XMP enabled and the voltages as specified; manually adjust the RAM frequency to 2933 for improved performance. The change from 3200 to 2933 is a minor adjustment but significantly better than 2133.
