They offer options to adjust settings for each game, but resetting everything to 'standard' didn't help.

The numbers don't add up correctly—it's way off. The presentation runs too slowly, under a frame per second. The issue is likely due to mismatched drivers. I intend to keep it until I find a better solution, probably in about five days. I'll switch to a z590 soon, which should offer more BIOS options to push the OS to use the discrete card. Thanks for the advice @Bombastinator—feel free to share any ideas!
