Hi. Your network on Windows 11 seems to behave oddly after extended hibernation. Only google.com appears to load, while other sites disappear completely—not just in browsers but also in apps. Even the ASUS router fails, blocking connections via its IP address and timing out when you try using router.asus.com. You can browse Google normally, but you can’t access suggested websites. The system reports you’re online, though it claims no internet issues. Switching to Wi-Fi causes a drop after a short time, saying “poor connection.” Restarting the system helps, but services or adapters don’t respond—only the OS does. Removing your WiFi card worked for a few days, then it returned. I’ve reinstalled drivers for both Ethernet and WiFi, reset network settings, flushed DNS, released/renewed IP, and even tried DCIM+SFC, but nothing resolves the problem. No malware detected (Acronis, MS Defender, Kaspersky). It’s strange why only Google functions. DNS seems to work when using nslookup, so it probably isn’t a DNS issue. You’re really puzzled—any details about your setup or hardware would be helpful for troubleshooting.

After evaluation, it seems the problem stems from the Acronis AV module. A support ticket has been filed with reference 0634639.
