Did you set up your SATA and chipset drivers? Remember this won’t repair existing files. You’ll have to reinstall Windows and choose 'Load Drivers' on the selection screen, then select the uncompressed SATA controller driver *.inf file. Since Windows isn’t installed, you can’t run .exe files, so extraction won’t work as it does after installation. Check the motherboard website for these files.
