Here’s a clearer version of your message:

If you encounter similar problems, here’s what helped me: After upgrading to a Ryzen 5 5600x3d, I noticed one channel wouldn’t work after installing RAM. The motherboard would light up with DRAM or GPU issues. Even after updating the BIOS to the latest version, it only worked with two slots filled. To fix this, I removed the CMOS battery post-BIOS flash. Reconnecting it resolved everything and allowed all slots to be populated. Make sure to remove the CMOS if you need to update the BIOS but still face issues. This might have been a personal experience, but I thought it worth sharing for others facing the same situation. Thanks!

How many RAM sticks do you possess? Just two are typical, as those two slots aren't functioning.

You might have a faulty chip—send it in for replacement while it's still usable, since the CPU could be damaged.
