Repeated testing leads to three quick beeps, followed by one beep and then a regular post sound after another restart. Issue persists with the number 2133 unchanged.

I had the latest bios information, but there was another problem—once I noticed windows would detect less RAM each time I restarted, I tried changing slots and got the same outcome.

Adjust frequency to 3000 as previously configured and set DRAM voltage to 1.35 volts.
