I purchased four 8GB RAM sticks at 2133MHz. My motherboard is a Thimphu-K, so it should work. It shows 16 when the RAM is in the third and fourth slots, but I suspect it doesn't recognize slots one and two.

Compatible with 32-bit systems for up to 4 GB, and 64-bit systems for up to 64 GB unbuffered. The main concern here is likely the operating system version. Even though the board supports your RAM, a 32-bit OS may limit it to 4 GB. Running a 64-bit version would be ideal for optimal performance.
