I tried it a few years ago, not too deeply but enough to understand the basics. It's essentially a typical MMORPG in terms of progression, abilities, missions, combat, and raids. The community was decent, people were polite, though it doesn't offer the same teamwork as games like GW2. It's marketed as free, but playing as a guest limits your access to skills, items, quests, and communication with others. Most players joined as subscribers, making it tough for solo players to get involved. I wouldn't suggest it unless you're a dedicated RPG enthusiast or can play with friends.
