tracking moved to bananas today on one of the bases, everything hardware looks fine. https://imgur.com/a/LoLT10O lights are all working, no unusual blinking, always green. I tested the faulty unit alone in mode A and it doesn’t recognize the headset. It syncs properly but when facing the base the floor tilts and the controller flies off, making my position unstable. No one seems to be reporting this issue online—no noise, buzz, or coil sounds from the base, and it appears physically okay. I found a suggestion in Steam forums about resetting the firmware, and there’s a file calibration rescue .bin in Steam VR files that could update the firmware. I tried that too, but it didn’t help.

It's also important to note that I haven't interacted with them for nearly a month now.

I just contacted Support, and the base reported an Axis 0 failure. It seems like a replacement or a DIY fix is needed.
