Windows now only outputs video to two of your three monitors. They all function individually but not simultaneously. I've attempted several fixes: restarting the system, using Safe Mode, reinstalling Nvidia drivers, changing graphics card slots, and switching adapters between DP, DVI, and HDMI. The monitors behave differently depending on the adapter used—some reach 1080p, others are limited to lower resolutions. When I swapped the third monitor's cable to a DP to DVI to HDMI setup, all three worked except the right one which flickered. I previously used that configuration because my GPU had no HDMI ports left. It seems the issue might relate to driver compatibility or the DP interface itself. Even though two DP ports remain active, the transition between adapters appears to affect performance. Let me know if you need further clarification!

It seems there might be a problem with the display settings on your GPU. Try running your center monitor at 4K 144Hz from the right DP output with nothing else connected. Knowing the exact GPU model would help. Also, tell me which Display Port to DVI adapter you're using for better insight—this could explain why it's behaving this way. You mentioned it supports a max resolution of 1080P, which suggests the issue might be related to the DVI to HDMI conversion process. DVI and HDMI use the same encoding (no audio), so conversion is needed. Display Port to DVI/HDMI involves complex changes and usually needs an external chip for conversion, making it more expensive and resolution-limited.

Thank you for your message! I’ve checked all possible setups with your KFA2 1080. I connected each monitor to various slots on the graphics card and used different cables. It seems both ports and monitors are working individually but not together. This issue arose after turning off one monitor to save power. I put the PC to sleep, skipped any Windows updates, and didn’t update drivers. The following morning, only two monitors were receiving a signal.

Consider reinstalling the GPU and ensure the power supply is disconnected before proceeding.

I've replaced my GPU and cleared some dust from the connector, yet the issue persists.

It's understandable to feel frustrated. You might want to request a return or exchange through the RMA process. Be sure to document all the steps you've taken with the company for support. They could identify an issue you overlooked.

Thanks for reaching out! It’s understandable to feel uncertain about returning an item you haven’t used in a while. Since the card is old and you can’t recall the purchase details, you might want to explore other options or contact customer support for guidance.

Sorry to hear that. I thought someone else might respond here. (Two sets of eyes are better than one.) Based on your setup, I’d try downloading a Linux ISO and booting from a live USB (you’ll need an 8GB flash drive) to check if all three monitors work there. This will help confirm whether the issue isn’t with Windows. Ubuntu would be a good choice for this test. Let me know if you need any assistance—you seem pretty tech-savvy!

Yeah, that's a good idea! I will give it a try. I wanted to try the low hanging fruit first, the problem does sound like a stupid Windows or driver issue. Let's hope my beloved 1080 lives on for a few more years. Thanks again for your help, I will post an update once I solve the issue.
