I improved my configuration a few days ago with
Asus tuf b650
ryzen 5 7600
fury ddr5 5600
but kept my rtx 3070 since it was functioning well. Now the third fan only spins at either 0% or 100%, I tried armoury to adjust individual speeds but didn’t find an option for the first one, so I’m unsure if it actually works. The second fan operates normally, while the third fan always reaches 100%. Since I don’t have a warranty and bought it used, it would be helpful if anyone could advise on fixing this issue, especially because the GPU is performing well otherwise. I’ve added my 1070 which also allows both fans to run smoothly, just because the noise from the 3070 is very loud at full speed.

Place the system under heavy load and check if all the fans operate. Open your case to inspect the fans; there is a feature called "idle-fan stop" that shuts them down when idle.

I'm trying to ensure the first fan operates, as my main issue is that fan 3 lacks any intermediate speeds suddenly. Using Armoury or MSI afterburner causes fan 3 to reach full RPM regardless of the speed setting between 30% and 100%.
