Your configuration looks set up correctly. You're experiencing issues only when using both RAMs together, which suggests a potential problem with the RAM or possibly the motherboard's memory controller. The fact that you get video signal with one stick but not both indicates a possible conflict or compatibility issue. Have you checked the RAM for any signs of damage or proper installation? Also, ensure the motherboard's memory slots are clean and properly seated.

Ensure your GPU is properly connected and power on with the two sticks. If issues persist, the motherboard may have a problem.

I did that and it booted up fine. But I think it's some other weird motherboard error because I tried the gpu in another working pc and it worked fine no problems. My motherboard is screwed (from the store i bought it from) luckily i have warranty

Yeah, if the gpu works fine, and it works without the gpu, but plugging in gpu breaks it…I’d rma the motherboard. It could also be some really strange motherboard/ram/gpu compatibility thing where the parts just don’t want to play together.

I'm returning the motherboard, but they should work together. The MOTHER has an AM5 socket, supports up to 128GB RAM, and uses DDR5 connectors (compatible with M.2 SSDs). It fits the MSI RX 3060 nicely, giving it a pretty standard, modern setup. It doesn’t stand out much. Appreciate your assistance—still no clear answer yet.

Some parts seem to clash despite being meant to function. Fingers crossed the latest update resolves the issue.
