I am running two Windows 11 setups side by side. One has its own dedicated drive, the other shares the same drive as the primary installation. The second setup was set up for troubleshooting earlier problems. Now, my Bluetooth headphones connect easily in the second one but not at all in the main installation—this suggests a software issue. The drivers match exactly between both versions, and they were both installed from the same source using Intel's Driver Installer. On the main system, removing the headphones was difficult; I attempted to delete them via settings and Device Manager, but they persisted. I even tried deleting them from the registry, which finally removed them. After that, they appear in "New Devices" but still fail to connect. I also tried rolling back drivers. Remark: Windows sometimes struggles to remove devices properly. This could be due to corrupted entries, conflicting updates, or a misconfigured driver profile.

For others facing this specific problem, I excluded and removed my headphones from the second setup and cleared all desktop connections through the Bose app. The issue seemed to be with the headphones.
