I resolved the issue yesterday by replacing the parts on my PC. It now functions perfectly. However, the RAM runs at 2133MHz while it should reach up to 3200MHz. Whenever I switch on D.O.C.P or adjust the frequency, it toggles on and off several times before displaying an error screen saying "the system has POSTed in safe mode." This might be caused by a previous failed POST attempt due to instability, or the power button possibly forcing the system off. If changes to UEFI settings caused a POST failure, consider reverting to stable settings to avoid this problem. Press F1 to Run SETUP.

Corsair rams may cause issues with certain motherboards. You attempted to update the BIOS? Which components did you modify?

The components are displayed in the PC part picker and I have updated the BIOS.
