yesterday i resolved my pc issue by replacing the parts, it functions perfectly now. however, the ram runs at 2133Mhz while it should reach up to 3200Mhz. whenever i switch D.O.C.P. or adjust the frequency, it crashes and displays a black screen regardless of settings. even with one stick installed, it stays in bios or error mode and won’t boot properly. it seems removing one ram module is necessary to restore normal operation. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6C4TVw here are all my pc components.

It's about verifying the latest version. You likely need to compare it with the current release notes or download page.

Launch CMD and input the command: wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion. Check it against the information on your motherboard's support site. Remember, BIOS is more than just a driver.

I've updated the BIOS to the newest release, but it keeps toggling on and off around six times before showing the error message about safe mode. This might be because previous attempts failed due to system instability or the power button was used to force shutdown. If changes to UEFI settings caused the issue, reverting to stable settings could help. Press F1 to run the setup process.
