The motherboard is a B660 GAMING X AX DDR4. It seems unclear where to connect it—maybe check the placement of the reset switch beneath the power switch? The manual you read was confusing, so I’ll go with that edit from May 26, 2023 by HopelessGPU.

This situation suggests both options are viable, though I would prefer to install the reset switch alongside the remaining front panel connectors (including those beneath the power switch).
