They likely insert their own digital ID to capture and examine data. This means every person needs to add that ID to their device, or they won’t be able to access secure websites over HTTPS.

Pretty good chance it's blocked because it's a game site. Possibly it's supposed to redirect to a page that tells you something along the lines of "access denied", but then some certificate crap happened so it didn't load anything at all. Anyway you should be able to click something like "do it anyway" if you go under advanced so you can see what happens.
