I attempted to activate the d.o.c.p profile 1 which displayed 3200mhz, but during startup it still appears at 2400. The motherboard is an ASUS Rog B450-F gaming setup with a HyperX Fury 2x8GB RAM at 3200mhz and a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU. It may list additional components if needed.

I had to repeatedly adjust my settings in the bios to make it run at the desired frequency and keep it stable, just like you need to train RAM.

Find the exact location in CPU-Z by checking the two tabs—one displays JEDEC clocks and timings, typically around 2400MHz for RAM/hardware details. Look for the SPD section where real clock and timing info appears. Your actual memory speed should also show up in Task Manager.

The option isn't available in my settings. On AMD boards, it's been updated to use the D.O.C.P. profiles I've activated.

The configuration exists but could be named differently. It's labeled XMP on my X570-A Pro, so search for it and turn it on. The RAM won't automatically operate at its maximum frequency.

I activated it. It's the D.O.C.P. profile. There were three settings—disable, profile 1 at 3200, and profile 2 at 3000. No updates in CPU-Z or Task Manager.
