You're getting the Never Settle Space Edition with full access to the demo map and the ability to test the latest updates. It's not limited to just a racer, and you won't be stuck with outdated content. You should definitely consider upgrading to something else later if you find your needs changing.
Based on what you said, you should receive the AMD model of the Mustang along with a basic package. Hanger beta and DFM access are included. Just note that the Mustangs won't be available until October.
