I don’t have Wi-Fi or Ethernet, I attempted a factory reset but it didn’t help, yet it seems to be functioning now unexpectedly.

You must reach out to your ISP's support team, especially if this is the router they supplied.

Reach out to your ISP for assistance. It’s unclear what’s causing the issue, but it could be related to gateway registration or provisioning problems. Ultimately, they’re the best resource to resolve this.
