Office 365
Office 365
Is it worth buying Office 365 for my current desk setup? I've seen that Excel has some features only in the paid version, but since I probably won't use them, why spend money on something I might not touch? Have anyone else tried this and told me how much real work they get from it?
I have 365 on my laptop, and my wife uses something from the year 2016 to 2019 called Power BI for work. Some things she knows that I do not know. She is a big user of Power BI. If you like what you have, keep it. That means if it isn't broken, don't fix it.
that feature isn't always available unless you choose to turn it on. Which version of Office are you currently running? What specific things from the new Excel 2019 can't find your old setup, and are those features even necessary for what you're doing today?
I also have 2019. But what, inside Office 365, is something you'd really need that isn't already there? I'm just saying... if some special functions in 365 are important to you, maybe it's worth the upgrade. If they aren't, then no bother. For me, no deal.
Yeah, I figure if I'm not a real pro, it's just wasting my cash on this.
