You're looking to confirm whether the Steam codes for Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight are region-locked to the US store. I checked my own answers and found some variations. The codes for Witcher 3 are generally tied to the US region, but GOG offers a different distribution model that isn't bound by regional restrictions. Batman Arkham Knight codes might also be available on GOG, depending on the store version. It’s best to verify directly with the retailer or Steam support for the most accurate info.

You recently downloaded Witcher 3 on a GTX 970 M and installed it via GOG, not through Steam.

It was a bit unclear at first, but I understood steam's efforts to offer games from the Russian market at lower prices. They likely included them there. Now I’m excited to get a new GPU for about $200 AU and have two games I really want, each around 160-200 AU. I think this is going to be a great deal!
