You need to upgrade your BIOS from version F33H. Your motherboard is the Gigabyte X570 gaming board, and you’ve installed a Ryzen 7 5700X CPU that isn’t compatible with your current BIOS. This system was built by PC specialists, so it’s a prebuilt unit. Let me know if you need further assistance. Best regards, FedexGiraffe

PCSepecialist serves as a tool for managing shelf parts. You can refresh via the Gigabyte @BIOS app (refer to updates in the server tab) or leverage the QFLASH function on the motherboard by following these instructions: download f36 or newer BIOS from the motherboard support page (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X57...rt-dl-bios), transfer it to a USB drive, insert the USB into the rear USB port labeled "BIOS," power off the PC, and press the QFLASH button near the bottom left of the motherboard (just below the second M.2 connector). After the flashing stops, your motherboard BIOS should now be updated and compatible with the 5700X CPU.

The image online appears blurry, but I believe the highlighted button with "QFLASH_PLUS" is what you're referring to. Please confirm it matches your motherboard before using it, as checking in person will make it much clearer.

Do you have the necessary files on your flash drive? Did you connect it to the correct port? From what I understand, it should be inserted into the white BIOS slot!

I haven’t used q-flash before, so I can only guide you here... Did you complete all the steps correctly? Insert the USB, power off the PC, then press the button? Also, make sure the BIOS file is in the correct location on the USB, not elsewhere.
